for Woodbury Mayor

• Mayor (2017-Present)
• City Councilwoman (2015-2016)
• Resident of Woodbury for 15 years

• Serves on West End School PTA and the Woodbury Junior/Senior High School PTSA
• Volunteer for Woodbury Soccer Club and Woodbury Fourth of July Committee
• High School Special Education/Math Teacher at Black Horse Pike Regional School District for 16 years
• Sunday School Teacher at St. Stephen’s Lutheran Church
• Implemented Woodbury’s first Human Rights Commission to promote inclusivity and equality within our City

Tracey Parker
for Woodbury City Council – Ward 1

• Current Woodbury City Council President
• Lifelong Woodbury resident; attended Walnut Street Elementary School and graduated from Woodbury High School
• Helped procure brand new concession stand for Woodbury Midget Football
• Focusing on economic development efforts to bring new businesses and jobs to our City
• Working with Public Works Department to provide the best-possible services for residents
• Mother of three children: Stefanie, Tommy, and Ryan

William “Bill” Fleming
for Woodbury City Council - Ward 2

• 24 years of service to Woodbury with 12 years on City Council and 12 years on the School Board
• Active in local sports & scouts
• Finance Chairman, responsible for City budget and limiting tax increases; working on redeveloping our downtown
• Environmental engineer and geologist with 47 years in the private sector working with local, county, and state governments to improve the environment and rebuild infrastructure
• Graduate of the University of Notre Dame (1971, 1972)
• Started Woodbury School Board Minority Task Force
• Married to Kathy with 3 adult children: Kevin, Sean, and Nora, each of whom were raised in Woodbury and graduated From Woodbury High School

Phil Hagerty
for Woodbury City Council - Ward 3

• Member of Woodbury Planning and Zoning Board (2015-Present)
• Member of Historical Preservation Committee (2015-Present)
• Construction Volunteer with Gloucester County Habitat For Humanity
• Volunteer with St. Margarets Carnival Committee, helping to organize the carnival and raise record levels of funding for the school
• Local investor, acquiring 6 vacant and distressed Woodbury properties and renovating them to highest-quality standards
• Board President of ChildFamilyConnections.org, a non-profit helping to improve the lives of families living with parental mental illness
• Former President of Most Precious Blood Parish Transfiguration Church Council (2004-2007)
